40-Hour Hands-On Home Inspector Field Training

The Inspection21 Field Training Externship is where classroom training becomes real inspection work. Students join supervised inspections and learn how working inspectors manage the full process—from the walk-through to the final report.

Required Field Training for NJ Home Inspector Licensing

New Jersey licensing rules require field-based inspections completed under the direct supervision of a licensed home inspector as part of the approved course of study. Inspection21 coordinates this externship as the field-training component.
